Angelic GPS December 18 - 24, 2017

This week's energy supports you to understand relationships.

The holiday season can be an uncomfortable rollercoaster with regard to relationships and we're in the thick of it. 

What we must understand is that relationships are NOT about the other person. 

Relationships are about us.

Relationships are mirrors of our own lives - specifically how we truly feel and what we truly believe about ourselves.

Example:  If there is someone in your life whose energy causes you to feel inadequate or unworthy, this person is mirroring to you that deep in the darkness of your heart you feel inadequate or unworthy.

How do you overcome this?

1. Identify the energy in your body - where do you feel it?

2. Ask your angels to join you and help you heal this energy this relationship holds.

3. Pull it into the light and dive right into it - don't be scared, I know it's painful, but trust me, it doesn't get any more painful than it is right now, so you've already experienced the most painful part.

4. Follow the breadcrumbs of this energy to its core.  At the core you may discover that something happened in your childhood that initiated these painful feelings - something that you had no control over.  You will probably find that now as an adult looking at what happened, there was no need for you to feel unworthy.  It was your inner child mind taking on responsibility that wasn't yours to take.  Now you can see that you are worthy, lovable and deserving.  It's time to heal your inner child and heal this energy forever.

5. Work closely with your angels to send all the love of your heart to this person and the situation of being with them to create a higher outcome.

When you heal the energy that causes you anxiety between you and another person, they no longer have power over you and their behavior won't bother you any more.

Put on your warrior armor - wear it throughout the holidays.  Make BE-ing a warrior your normal way of existing - strong, resilient, yet operating from a place of profound love, acceptance and peace. 

This could be your best holiday season ever!

Angelic GPS December 11 - 17, 2017

This week's energy builds on overcoming the self-doubt of last week to support you to consciously become one with your Higher Self and listen to your intuition.

Be open and receptive or synchronicities and what appears to be coincidence.  These experiences are your angelic team working overtime to get you to 'notice' the power of what's going on for you behind the scenes.

We've passed through the Full/Super/Wishing phase of the moon last week and Mercury is now in Retrograde.  We need all the help we can get to maintain a sense of peace and balance.

You've set into motion the manifestation of the desires of your heart.  Use the energy of Mercury Retrograde to reflect on what your really want and open your mind and arms wide to recognize and understand any guidance to action steps to bring those desires to fruition.

If you're unsure if what you're getting is a real sign, ask your angels to clarify.

Be aware that your subconscious may be pulling the strings to make you doubt yourself, your higher self and your angels.  Know that this doubt is coming forward to be healed - not to punish you.

Follow the breadcrumbs of the resistance energy to its core and face it nose to nose.  It will reveal why it's coming forward to be healed.

Today is a POWERFUL time to manifest what you want.  

Stand in your power and know that your higher self has your back to produce the highest possible outcome in all life experiences!

Angelic GPS December 4 - 10, 2017

This week's energy supports you to overcome self-doubt and deflect indecisiveness and the inability to move forward.

 Self-doubt and indecisiveness have been sneaking into your subconscious to hold you back from moving forward.

Be aware that the energy that fuels these feelings may not be yours.

We live in a world that notifies us immediately when tragedy, chaos and trauma happens - no matter where it is on the planet.  If you're an empath you may be sucking this energy up like a sponge.

When you feel that resistance of self-doubt, indecisiveness and uncertainty sneaking in, step back as the observer and discern, "is this mine?"

If it is yours, then face the energy head on and follow the breadcrumbs to its core.  By fearlessly facing it, you will destroy its power and it will fade away to its native nothingness.

If it isn't yours, then you've already dissipated it by facing it.

Ask Archangel Michael to surround you with shields of light to protect you moving forward.

What to do when you're Collateral Damage

Hello beautiful spirit of love and light,

My dearest friends...  I am deeply touched by all your replies to our reconnection last week.  It is wonderful to be back!  If I have not responded to you yet, I will!!

What to do when you're Collateral Damage

The light is bursting across our planet revealing the darkness of the human heart.  The secrets and lies that people have gotten away with for years are now being revealed - remember how we've discussed that the darkness can no longer hide?

We're right in the middle of a massive revelation and it will continue.

Some of that darkness is not evil, horrendous things people have done (although that's what's splashed all over the media right now).  Some of the darkness is fear that we've been subconsciously holding onto for years - in some cases for lifetimes.

This darkness is coming forward to be healed and some people are not managing the revelation very well.  As a result, they're committing suicide, lashing out at loved ones and doing irrational things that make no sense to the rest of us.

To be blunt, many people are losing their sh*t and they don't know why.

When it's our loved ones who are struggling with this darkness and we're affected - through no fault of our own, we're collateral damage.

We love them, but this experience is awful, now what do we do?

It's easy to fall into a pit of fear disguised as worry.  Because that's the natural human thing to do - worry about our loved ones - and us - especially when something around them includes a huge financial burden or run in with law enforcement or extreme health issues due to carelessness - or anything else that is painful.

When we step back out of the pain of all of it, we know that everyone has their own path to walk and experience - and it isn't for us to fix.  This is a really hard part that we must all understand.  When we fix it, we enable them to continue on their path of destruction, till they finally process through the pain they're creating for themselves - without us fixing what's going on with them.

Remember...  We-All-Powerfully-Create-Our-Reality - whether it's what we want or what we don't want - we powerfully create it!  Understand - you have no control over what others do.  When it comes to being collateral damage to someone else's actions, our creation begins after the fact with how we choose to react.

May I suggest: even though the natural human thing to do is drop everything and tend to them, put yourself first so you can keep your cup full to not only take care of you, but to also support them and others.  When our cup is low, our energy drains quickly and it's really hard to maintain love or above, gratitude energy - sometimes it's impossible because the fear filled worry is so strong.

 

Get the sleep your body needs because when you're tired, it's easy for fear to get a foothold on your energy. 

Stay hydrated, the body likes water!

 

Practice grounding yourself to keep your energy as balanced as possible.

 

Breathe Deeply - if you need to, set a timer on your phone to BREATHE DEEPLY.  When we're anxious, we tend to hold our breath - not a good idea.  It's through our breath that our angels communicate with us.  When you're taking deep breaths - completely filling your lungs with air, you not only feed your vital organs, but you open the way for clarity of thought and the ability to FEEL your angelic team supporting you.  When you're holding your breath - you're stuck.

Ask your angels to send you laughter every day - and don't feel bad about laughing when it may look like your world is imploding.  Laughter is love energy and will support you to create a higher outcome!

What can you do for your loved one?  Hold them in the light of love with the intention of supporting them to create a higher outcome - even if you're angry with them, you do want a higher outcome.  (and anger is a form of fear, you'll want to process through that)  

Ask your angels to help you and send all the love of your heart to your loved one, the situation and everyone else involved.  When you send love sincerely from your heart, you are in your power.  Remember - you cannot be in fear and love at the same time.  When you send love sincerely from your heart, you'll be better equipped to manage your physical world experiences - and support your loved one because you'll be vibrating in love or above energy.

Is this easy?  It's doable.  It gets easier to stay out of fear the more you practice these steps.

One more thing about anger.  You live in a human body and the human body experiences anger.  Don't stuff it when it comes up - instead process through it.  Cry (I'm a crier and a door slammer), take a power walk, clean house, do something that is physical to help you work the anger out of your body, then step back into the light of love as quickly as you can.

Just know that no matter how alone you may feel in a given moment, you're not alone.  If you could see your angelic team when you look in a mirror, the room would be full!

The doorway is opened - no only opened, but the door is REMOVED to create and live the highest outcome!

====> and surrender to the FACT that you have the power to create something different - something wonderful - as the experience of your life

This week's energy supports you to transcend the illusion of physical world adversity.

Our world is one of duality that exploits the fear of adversity. 

 

Why?

Because we can be easily manipulated when we're afraid.  

It is a reality as old as time that there are people who wish to rein over others.  Today's time is no different.

When we're fed information that rallies fear in our hearts, we will do anything to alleviate that fear.

Be smart.  When fear attacks your well being, STOP what you're doing and:

~ re-center
~ re-balance
~ re-connect

with your heart-space.  --- you must reconnect, because if you WERE IN the energy of your heart-space, fear would not be clutching at your throat!

Re-connect with your heart-space and observer the adversity for what it is:

an opportunity to create a higher outcome!

Remember, when you "observe" energy, it reacts differently than when you don't.

Ask your angels to help you.

This week's energy supports you to make decisions of your highest good.

We're in the pre-shadow of Mercury going Retrograde.  A time when Communication and Technology can easily go awry and feel challenging.  Mercury Retrograde is a time to hold off on signing contracts and starting new projects.  

HOWEVER...  if you've been holding off on making a decision, then the timing is PERFECT!  Mercury Retrograde is the PERFECT time to complete outstanding projects and your project may be making a decision.

If you've been indecisiveness, struggling with self-doubt, it's time to:

accept all aspects of the situation 

AND

open your heart to the guidance of your higher self
listen to the guidance
take action on the guidance
expect and prepare for the highest possible outcome as a result.

You have the power and the strength to make the very best decision for you.  Know that when you make decisions of your highest good, ultimately it will be for the highest good of others as all.

You... a 3D Printer?

While I was preparing for the first day of the 5 Day Mini Vacation with Your Angels program last week, an angel came in and was showing and explaining to me how we are all 3D printers.

Hmmm... lets take a look at this...

A 3D printer makes three dimensional solid objects from a digital file.  The printer uses an 'additive process' that lays down layers of material until an entire object is created.

~ the subconscious mind is the digital file

~ creation energy molds into material objects or physical experiences

Depending on what the digital file consists of (the subconscious mind) the material object or physical experience may be something we "WANT" or something we Do-Not-Want.

Yes... I can see that...

Me...  YOU...  a 3D printer...  as my mind began to take in the implications of this analogy, I saw how everything is energy in a new way - a very Matter-of-Fact way...  a very powerful, exciting way...

Of course the all important question is:  How do I make my additive process create what I want instead of what I don't want?  I set my intention...  and still the things I want don't manifest in my life...

The answer is simple:  your mental conscious must be in alignment with your subconscious.  

 

This is how you align your conscious and subconscious:

~ get clear on what you want to create or experience and set your intention to have what you want
~ identify any resistance you 
~ use your tools to process through the resistance till the resistance is gone and you're subconscious is in alignment with your conscious energy - 

 

You'll know you're in alignment when there is no resistance energy in your body.

If you're like me, when you get busy - even when you're doing something you love... - you start holding your breath.  Ever catch yourself holding your breath?  Holding our breath and breathing shallowly wears out the physical body - quickly!

 

So... in This-Moment...  Close your eyes and take a DEEP - Refreshing - Breath of the Breath of God.

 

Feels really good, right?

 

Now that you have some oxygen in your body and clarity is coming back...  make a list of things to do just for you - activities - or non-activities - that make you really happy - and schedule a time to do them today and the next day and the next day.

PLUS...

 

Sing like no one is listening.

 

AND...

 

Dance like no one is watching...

 

Invite your angels to join you and make it a party!

 

Stop multi-tasking and release all that human need to rush, rush, rush and fully engage in nurturing YOU!

 

Live will be SO - Much - Easier!

So... in This-Moment... close your eyes and look deep within your heart... what would you be doing if you knew you could not fail?  If you knew that what you wanted to Be, Do or Have was already yours, all you had to do is claim it?  What would you do?

 

When you claim that experience - whatever it is - and shift to that magnificent energy of joy that Being, Doing or Having what you want would give you, you'll discover that energy isn't so scary after all.  Actually it feels pretty darn good!

No Band-Aid for Hurt Feelings

When was the last time someone hurt your feelings?

Wouldn't it have been wonderful to whip out a Band-Aid ~ slap it on the open "feeling wound" and be all better?

But NOOooooo... there are no Band-Aids for Hurt Feelings.

Come a little closer... I want to share something with you...  For years, I perfected being a victim of hurt feelings.  Then I learned that experiences that result in hurt feelings are all about reaction - my reaction - And they serve a purpose.

Myth: When our feelings are hurt it's fully the 'fault' of the other person and they need to fix it.

===>WRONG<===

Fact: The experience of getting our "feelings hurt" are all about "us" - not them (the perpetrator).  (However, this does not condone behavior.)

Fact:  When we're in our power, we can-not be blindsided by a life experience that results in our feelings getting hurt. 

When we're blindsided and our feelings get hurt - it's a clear message from the Universe that there's something we need to look at:

* something that's being mirrored to us that we don't like about ourselves
OR
* a belief that we believe to be true that isn't.

Truth:  This energy that we need to look at is NOT coming forward to punish us!  On the contrary, this energy is crying out to be healed and the experience of getting our feelings hurt is the catalyst for healing.

Sooooo....  When your feelings get hurt, circle your wagons by calling your angels in and ask them to show you what you need to look at to heal the less than love 'hurt feeling' energy. 

Then follow the breadcrumbs of the energy to its origin - where the emotional wound originally began.  Once you get there, take the hands of your angels forming a circle and place the current situation, all people involved, plus the breadcrumb energy and the original core energy in the circle.

With the support of your angels, send all the love of your heart to the experiences and people in the center of your circle.  Infuse them completely with Love and the intention to create a higher outcome.

Remember, Florence Scovel Shinn says:  Love is the most powerful, magnetic force in the universe!  Love has the power to HEAL Everything that is painful!

This process is SO Easy - give it a try - you'll love it!  Pull your archive of 'hurt feelings' out and heal them by:

~ Facing the energy of the experience
~ Ask your angels to support you and help you to:
~ Follow the breadcrumbs of the uncomfortable, painful energy to its core.  You'll discover the energy that's been between you and your ultimate happiness.

Do this today and be sure to put this process in your arsenal to use in the future and your life will be So-Much-Easier!

Your wishes are coming true... Are you ready?

 

You've taken the action steps:

 

~ you've gotten clear on what you want
~ engaged fully with the energy of being, doing and having what you want
~ chosen to release the human need to struggle
~ processed through to healing any resistant energy
~ celebrated the journey increasing the excited momentum

 

Now... it's time to open your arms wide to receive!

 

Your mission here on earth is your journey to unconditional love - BE-ing the Love Essence of God within you - living your version of Heaven on Earth.

 

Your spiritual heart - your higher self knows miracles are possible.

When you open your human mind to the acceptance that miracles are not just for someone else - they're for you, miracles appear over and over and over again.  Wishes are fulfilled.

This week's energy Fully-Supports accessing Your Prosperity Portal!

Fully.  Supports.

So... right NOW... in THIS Moment...  what would full prosperity {{FEEL}} like for you?   ~~~~>Close your eyes and focus on that feeling....

 {{Embrace}} that feeling or prosperity.

We are in a time of new beginnings - even though we're in the second month of 2016, the energy of our planet supports new beginnings in every moment.  All you have to do is CHOOSE what you want.

Is it that simple?

Yes... it really is...

Our POWER is in our ability to choose ~~~> no matter what your life looks like in This-Moment you have the power to choose something better.  Even if your life is great, you can choose to be even happier and you will be.  If you're not happy, choose to BE the energy of happy and what's between you and happiness will be revealed so you can process through it to BE Happy!

Use this moment to Fully Engage with your prosperity energy.  If you feel resistance - don't push it aside, face it head on and it will immediately begin to lose its power.  Ask your angels to help you follow the breadcrumbs of resistance energy to its core to fully process healing it. 

Then re-engage your prosperity energy - rinse and repeat till there is no resistance energy left!

Miracles will abound!

This week, open your heart to allow their wisdom to provide you with loving comfort and support in every moment.

 

You're not alone - ever - open your heart to the spiritual union that is here right now for you.

 

In this moment of right now, ask your angels to help you, to guide you and support you to be your ultimate best in everything you do.  Give to them your human "Need to Struggle" - "Cast the Burden on the Christ within and be FREE!" as Florence Scovel Shinn would say!

This week's energy supports achieving Triumphant Success in your body ~~ before you see it in your reality!

We're in an exciting time of Seeing by Believing.

 

When was the last time you stood at your front door and hesitated... hesitated to open the door because you weren't sure there would be enough air outside to breath?

 

Never?

 

This year is all about The SHIFT - the shift to "Knowing" that what you wish to experience is yours - in process of happening - now!

 

Make all the energies of desperation, worries, anxiousness and doubt a thing of the past.  How?  By choosing to.

 

Choose to KNOW in every cell of your body that what you want is yours and enjoy the ride to get there.

 

When you're going to go somewhere, you don't just close your eyes, envision yourself there and open your eyes and you're there ~~~~> at least not yet....

You physically travel from one place to another --- this is your journey.

Manifesting what you want operates on the same premise.  With intense clarity, decide on what you want - FEEL the excitement of Being, Doing or Having what you want in every cell of your body and maintain that excitement as much as humanly possible, with no desperation, anxiety or worry, all the way to full manifestation.

THIS is the journey!  And the journey builds momentum to do manifest what you want again and again and again!
