This week's energy supports you to achieve balance from within to without.

We create the experience of our life through our energy - the energy of our thoughts, beliefs and words.

There is a saying here in Colorado, "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes" - we can experience sun, rain, hail and snow all in the same day.

This is the same with our lives - we can change the experience and course of our lives by simply shifting our energy.

What energy are you vibrating in right now, in this moment?  Are you happy?  Sad?  Grumpy?  Angry?  Excited?

Whatever energy you're experiencing right now will create your experience later today or tomorrow.

Are you celebrating this knowing or did you just panic?

Take a deep breath and evaluate your internal energy - follow the breadcrumbs of any less than love energy to its core and heal it.  Embrace all love or above energy and BE that higher vibration.

Breathe into balancing your vibration from within to without and create your highest outcome!

This week's energy supports you to follow your intuition!

If you know what guidance from your intuition feels like, you're good to go!  But if you're unsure about what information comes from your intuition and what information comes from your subconscious brain, read on...

Information from your intuition comes from your Truth Center.  

How to identify your Truth Center:

1.  Take a deep breath, then say this statement (or any statement you know to be false):  Healthy grass is orange.  You know this is not true.

2.  Immediately notice where your body feels uncomfortable when you make this statement - don't analyze it, just notice it.

3.  Now take another deep breath and say this statement (or any statement you know to be true):  Healthy grass is green.  You know this is true.

4.  Immediately notice where your body feels in agreement/warm fuzzy.  This is the same place you felt uncomfortable when you made the false statement.

This is your Truth Center.

This is where your intuition speaks to you - through sensations in that part of your body that felt uncomfortable when you made the statement: Healthy grass is orange.

When you're faced with an experience that causes the uncomfortable sensation in that part of your body, this is your sign that your intuition is trying to tell you, "this isn't right - stop - take a closer look," or "don't do that - this isn't a good decision for you."

This week set your intention to 'be aware' of what your intuition tells you and follow the guidance!

Each one of us has belief, many of them subconscious hidden beliefs, that we are limited in some way.  Limited by education, location, race, religion, - limited in some way.

When we pull those limiting beliefs into the light, we see them for what they are - an energy of illusion.

By recognizing that these limiting beliefs are not true, we drain them of their power to block us and keep us stuck.

Processing through limiting beliefs from our past opens the way for us to be who we came here to be - to live the life we came here to live - and no... you didn't come here to be miserable.  You came here to transcend misery, fear and lack to a fulfilled, blessed state of love.

It is safe for you to go beyond limitations of the past to be free to BE Magnificent!

For years I believed I was a victim of my life experiences.

Now I know I create my life experiences - me.  No one else.  I create the good, the bad, the ugly, the magnificent.

With this knowledge, I take responsibility for the creation of my life.

With this knowledge I open the way to create my Best Life.

Almost everyone on Mother Earth wants to be accepted and approved of by others.  It's is part of the human conditioning:  I'm ok so long as others agree that I'm ok.

When we don't get this acceptance and approval, we think there's something wrong with us.

There isn't.

Many times, our feelings of not being accepted or that people approve of or love us is a miscommunication of energy that doesn't have anything to do with us.  Perhaps the other person is going through their own dramatic crisis.

However, sometimes the energy we feel from others is correct.  They don't accept us, approve of us or love us.

No matter what the reason is that we're feeling this energy from others, it can be very painful and leave us feeling isolated and alone.

This is a very sad place to be.

Yet...  When we accept ourselves for who we are.  When we approve of ourselves for being us.  When we TRULY love ourselves, we don't feel that need to have acceptance and approval from others - or even love for that matter.

If the other person doesn't hold love for us, when we do...  we're not in alignment anymore and what they think doesn't matter to us.

We are not here to people please.  We're here on Mother Earth at this time to hold the energy of loving ascension.  We're here to overcome and transcend the fear of this planet. 

When we're happy, we hold love energy and become miracle magnets.

How awesome would your life be, if this were true for you:

I accept myself.  I approve of myself.  I love myself.

If there were a life manual to guide us to live our happiest, most magnificent lives, it would tell us to "Stay Centered in Love and Light".

Why?

Because we create our life experiences through our energy. 

When we're centered in fear, anxiety, worry and stress, we create life experiences that mimic this energy.

When we're centered in love and light, we create miraculous life experiences of love, light, joy and happiness.

Sounds like a no brainer, doesn't it?

It really IS This Simple!

But we humans make it hard - we choose to struggle and believe we're limited and recreate over and over again sad, unhappy, sometimes traumatic, always dramatic life experiences.

Until...  we manage to center ourselves in love and light.

Then everything changes.

Our lives improve.

Yours can, too.  You have the power!

You can do this!

So many times we feel as though we are a victim of circumstances and there's nothing we can do about how other people treat us.

There is.

The first thing we can do is look within and discern, "how do I feel about me?"

If you've been beating yourself up, feeling sorry for yourself, or wallowing in 'nothing good happens for me'...  you may have your answer as to why others aren't treating you very well.

The good news is:  you have the power to change this!

You can't change others, but you do have the power to change how you feel about yourself!

NOTE:  You can only receive as much love as you feel for yourself.

Are you feelin' it?

Love, that is?

Or when you look at how much you love yourself, instead of love and admiration for yourself, you feel that anxious, yucky energy of 'I'm not lovable' or 'I'm not deserving' or my personal biggest subconscious belief:  'I'm not good enough'?

Don't be fooled thinking you don't have this going on if you don't hear this kind of mind chatter.  These hidden beliefs are energy.  Look within.  Are you feeling this uncomfortable energy?

If you are, great job on recognizing it!

Now you can do something about it!

Pull that energy into the light (where it immediately begins to lose it's power) and follow the energetic breadcrumbs to its source.

Face it + Disconnect from it + Heal it = Love yourself.

When you love, honor and respect yourself, others will, too!

You're valuable!  Own it!

This week's energy brings an opportunity to rejoice and celebrate!

When was the last time you celebrated - anything?

Celebration holds joy, happiness and excitement ~~~ and... opens the way for More-To-Celebrate!

It's time to celebrate the birth of new ideas, happiness and success ===> even if there is none in sight.

We humans want to 'See' where prosperity, success and happiness are coming from - heck, we even want to know where we're going to get our next Best Idea from.

Stepping into and embracing happiness and success as well as new creative thoughts and ideas before they happen may be a stretch for some people.

But think about it... how awesome would it be to just celebrate for the sake of how much fun celebrating is?

Universal Laws tell us that the energy within us creates our reality.

If your energy is joyfully celebrating life, what would the reality of the life you create from joy look like?  

... perhaps more joy?

Is it hard for you to get into that joy energy of celebrating?

Celebrate that there's enough air outside to breathe when you open the door!  Celebrate that the sun came up today!

This week's energy leads to Transformation --- are you ready?

This is a time of experiences coming to an end.  This could be unhappy experiences ending or happy experiences ending.  

Either way, you have the power to create happier experiences.

I want to encourage you to choose to be excited about the opportunity to create something better - something more fun, exciting, loving, comforting, peaceful and joy filled.

Remember, renewal follows every conclusion - always.  It's up to you and me to choose to step into and expand with renewal in ease and grace, instead of fighting it every step of the way.  Fighting it will assure battered, bloody and bruised.

Choosing to flow in ease and grace opens the way for opportunities to be revealed to you that you would NOT have seen if you were fighting and struggling.

Leave struggling behind.  Choose to flow - breathe into the love that you are, ask your angels for help and be open to their guidance.  BE the energy of focused intention to be true to who you are - love and light and let your angels do the heavy lifting!  They will be delighted!

Transformation holds the possibility of being the highest possible outcome in all things - it is an opportunity.

This week's energy shows us how all things are interconnected - mind, body and spirit.

This month of July has been a doozy energetically!  Let's get hold of our power with both hands and create miracles the rest of the month!  What do you say?

The energy has been building from being beating us up energetically to give us the opportunity to Stand Our Ground - showing us how to be true to the very essence of our BE-ing ---- to the revelation of how to recognize when we're holding ourselves back with negative chatter so we can stop that negativity to reveal and choose the higher pathway to happiness.

This week's energy shows us through the eyes of our higher self how our experiences of the past are interconnected with our thoughts, beliefs, and creative ability to create something new or recreate more of the less than loving past.  

When you open your heart to the "knowing" within you of your superconscious ability, you'll be able to FEEL in your body the misalignment of less than love energy.  

....AS A Result... this uncomfortable energy will show you the decision of your highest good - the one that brings you peace, joy and happiness.

Is your joy hiding?

Is your life flowing - great things are happening and the future looks solidly promising, but your Joy is Elusive for no apparent good reason?

Are you experiencing:
extreme exhaustion
feeling weepy
quick to near implosion with frustration, anger, and/or overwhelm
ravenously hungry along with days of no appetite
excessive dreaming including weird dreams
empathic overwhelm
severe focus breakdown and scatter
a feeling of drowning in sadness
intense need for distraction to escape feeling so sad
odd aches, pains and generally feeling uncomfortable (seek medical attention if you need it!)

If you're experiencing some or all of these symptoms, don't beat yourself up!

It's a part of the energetic transformation your human body is experiencing.  

Your body is working overtime to acclimate to the higher vibration of love that you've been working to achieve.

You've arrived.

Yet, it doesn't feel like you thought it would.  At a deep soul level you are experiencing that euphoric feeling you've dreamed of, but the human subconscious brain is whispering, it's too good to be true.

Not to worry.  Here are a few tips to help you flow through this temporary period of alignment with ease and grace:
nurture and be gentle with your mind, body and spirit
drink lots of water
eat on schedule (whether you're hungry or not, maintain your schedule) and bless and/or Reiki your food
make the time for your body to get more sleep
breathe in the peacefulness of meditation as much as you can
focus as best you can on the energy of love and gratitude
cut negativity from your life and observe the beauty around you

This week's energy can challenge you on every level.  Be strong and stand your ground!

The challenges the world faces this week brings up feelings of being unsure and possibly energetically attacked.

Don't let the darkness of July 4th's New Moon fool you.  Even though we humans often fear the dark, it is in the dark that we grasp our greatest clarity and can refine our focus to create miraculous experiences.

It is in the dark of seeming adversity that we 'decide' what we truly believe about ourselves and our abilities.

When we stay 'true' to who we are - to the love essence that we are - and trust that we are divinely guided, strengthened and cared for in the face of any energy that is less than love, we Will-See-In-The-Dark.

Rising from this darkness is when miracles happen.

Work with your angels and July 4th's New Moon darkness to reveal the access to your prosperity portal.

Don't fight the frazzled energy surrounding you - refuse to implode, instead, BREATHE.

Breathe in the loving support of your angels.  

Breathe in the love that you are and BE as one with the beauty of Mother Earth, sending love to all that is less than love.

BE-ing love energy in the face of adversity will maintain your power to manifest wonderful experiences when there are no wonderful experiences in sight.
