It's a new year - you've set your intention to improve your life.

And what happens, when you shift your energy from the status quo of creating things you're unhappy with to the energy of creating things you really want?

The negative belief energy that's been hiding in your subconscious for years is revealed and it's screaming to be healed!

This revelation looks like, walks like, talks like and feels like adversity...

Adversity explodes right in the middle of your miraculous manifesting process!

Know that you are NOT being punished for wanting to improve your life. 

I understand... it seems like this always happens when you try to improve your life. 

You're right, it does.

What seems like adversity is the revelation of the energy of negative beliefs you hold about yourself that must be seen for the illusion they are in order for you to manifest what you want as a livable experience.

Come closer.... I want to tell you a secret...  It doesn't get any more painful than it is the moment of its revelation.

Follow the bread crumbs of the energies of adversity to where they were birthed and you will see how your perception of being not good enough, unworthy, undeserving or unlovable simply was not an accurate perception.

Use your tools to follow the energy bread crumbs and heal the negative belief energy at its core.

This week's energy supports you to focus on what you want!
 
Your focus is as a double edge sword.  With positive intention, you have the power to cut with precision and focus for a successful, higher outcome. 

However, when left unsupervised your focus could be of negative intent and will probably create experiences you really don't want.

So, right now, in this moment.  Set your intention to be AWARE of your focused energy as much as humanly possible!

When worry and negativity slip in - and they will, because you're a human... - recognize the less than love energy as quickly as you can and use your tools to dissipate it and course correct to focus of positivity, love and light.

Make the practice of Being Aware of your energetic vibration a normal state of being and before you know it you will BE a Miracle Magnet!

Truth:  We create our own reality.

Decide what you want and focus on how magnificently wonderful it IS to Experience what you want! 

Revisit FEELING the joy as much as possible throughout the day and open your arms wide to experience being, doing or having what you want!

Remember - you're powerful! 

Powerfully Manifest. What. You. Want.  - instead of powerfully manifesting what you do NOT want!

Angelic GPS January 8 - 14, 2018

This week's energy supports you to reconnect with the Divinity Within!

Here we are in the second week of this magnificent new year.  Are you feeling like the first week evaporated?

Our reference of time speeds up and slows down as a direct result of our connection with the Divinity within us - that love source of peace, joy, happiness and fulfillment - that place where we manifest miracles!

When we're absorbed in the physical world pressures of living up to the expectations of others, guilt at not Be-ing who we wish to be and falling down on the promises we make to ourselves, whether consciously or subconsciously, we feel lost, abandoned and alone - separated from the Love Source of Divinity within us.

How do we get there?  Life as a human who holds their breath and indulges in fear - it just happens.

How to we reconnect?

Breathe.  Take a deep breath and you'll probably discover you've been holding your breath and breathing shallowly for WEEKS!

Rest.  Fear creeps in and steals the show when you're tired.  Resting your body is the basis of honoring your ability to live in a healthy body that feels good.  When a body is rested, it is armored against the sneaky cruelty of fear.

Breathe deeply some more and ask your angels to come close.  Breathe into the love they hold for you with the intention of reconnecting with that Divinity within you.

Focus on the joy of Gratitude.  If you feel resistance energy surfacing, face it - eye to eye - and it will lose it's power over you.

Re-Focus on your own deep breaths, the beating of your heart and gratitude --- and you will feel the strength within you grow.  You'll feel the love essence of your angels supporting you.

You'll be stronger.

You'll feel the infinite possibility that you are - reconnected with the Divinity Within.

So Be It and It Is.

The energy of this first week of the new year of 2018 supports you to leave fear behind in 2017.

Fear is a huge component of living a human life on Mother Earth.  We're here to overcome that fear and ascend our energy to our true essence: LOVE.

You've carried fear around in some form all your life.  Is this the year you'll ascend to LOVE and leave fear behind?

I vote, YES!

This week's energy supports you to see fear for what it is - an illusion.
I know... you've lived in a vibratory state of fear for so long that it feels like your normal state of being.

It isn't.

YOU are a powerful BE-ing of Love and Light.

You have the power to choose to BE Love and Light instead of fear.

All you need to do is "remember" and  "use" your tools to overcome the illusion of fear, then next thing you know... it's gone!

Without fear, the LOVE that you are shines brightly, illuminating your path to powerfully manifest what brings your heart joy.

This week's energy supports you to move forward and take action.

Self-doubt and indecisiveness may be knocking at your door because it seems as though this year has 'gotten away' from you.  The year of 2017 is drawing to a close and you may feel like it has passed you by - like time evaporated and now you'd like a Do-Over.

Honor these feelings, but know that no time has been lost.  During the time that seems to have evaporated, your human body has been acclimating to the new higher vibrating energies of our planet.

Less than love energies have been coming forward to be healed and whether during your waking or sleeping hours, you've been healing these energies - one vibration at a time.

Know that you have the strength, courage and power to make the appropriate course corrections to make 2018 a very profitable, joy filled, happy year - no matter what is going on around you.

It's time to make decisions on how you wish to FEEL - firm decisions - stomp your foot and accept nothing less!  I'm speaking of FEELING happy and filled with joy when you wake in the morning, throughout your day and when you rest your head at night.

The universe will 'match' experiences to this feeling of joy that you've defined.  And you will feel within you a peaceful feeling of 'time well spent.'

Angelic GPS December 18 - 24, 2017

This week's energy supports you to understand relationships.

The holiday season can be an uncomfortable rollercoaster with regard to relationships and we're in the thick of it. 

What we must understand is that relationships are NOT about the other person. 

Relationships are about us.

Relationships are mirrors of our own lives - specifically how we truly feel and what we truly believe about ourselves.

Example:  If there is someone in your life whose energy causes you to feel inadequate or unworthy, this person is mirroring to you that deep in the darkness of your heart you feel inadequate or unworthy.

How do you overcome this?

1. Identify the energy in your body - where do you feel it?

2. Ask your angels to join you and help you heal this energy this relationship holds.

3. Pull it into the light and dive right into it - don't be scared, I know it's painful, but trust me, it doesn't get any more painful than it is right now, so you've already experienced the most painful part.

4. Follow the breadcrumbs of this energy to its core.  At the core you may discover that something happened in your childhood that initiated these painful feelings - something that you had no control over.  You will probably find that now as an adult looking at what happened, there was no need for you to feel unworthy.  It was your inner child mind taking on responsibility that wasn't yours to take.  Now you can see that you are worthy, lovable and deserving.  It's time to heal your inner child and heal this energy forever.

5. Work closely with your angels to send all the love of your heart to this person and the situation of being with them to create a higher outcome.

When you heal the energy that causes you anxiety between you and another person, they no longer have power over you and their behavior won't bother you any more.

Put on your warrior armor - wear it throughout the holidays.  Make BE-ing a warrior your normal way of existing - strong, resilient, yet operating from a place of profound love, acceptance and peace. 

This could be your best holiday season ever!

This week's energy builds on overcoming the self-doubt of last week to support you to consciously become one with your Higher Self and listen to your intuition.

Be open and receptive or synchronicities and what appears to be coincidence.  These experiences are your angelic team working overtime to get you to 'notice' the power of what's going on for you behind the scenes.

We've passed through the Full/Super/Wishing phase of the moon last week and Mercury is now in Retrograde.  We need all the help we can get to maintain a sense of peace and balance.

You've set into motion the manifestation of the desires of your heart.  Use the energy of Mercury Retrograde to reflect on what your really want and open your mind and arms wide to recognize and understand any guidance to action steps to bring those desires to fruition.

If you're unsure if what you're getting is a real sign, ask your angels to clarify.

Be aware that your subconscious may be pulling the strings to make you doubt yourself, your higher self and your angels.  Know that this doubt is coming forward to be healed - not to punish you.

Follow the breadcrumbs of the resistance energy to its core and face it nose to nose.  It will reveal why it's coming forward to be healed.

Today is a POWERFUL time to manifest what you want.

This week's energy supports you to overcome self-doubt and deflect indecisiveness and the inability to move forward.

 Self-doubt and indecisiveness have been sneaking into your subconscious to hold you back from moving forward.

Be aware that the energy that fuels these feelings may not be yours.

We live in a world that notifies us immediately when tragedy, chaos and trauma happens - no matter where it is on the planet.  If you're an empath you may be sucking this energy up like a sponge.

When you feel that resistance of self-doubt, indecisiveness and uncertainty sneaking in, step back as the observer and discern, "is this mine?"

If it is yours, then face the energy head on and follow the breadcrumbs to its core.  By fearlessly facing it, you will destroy its power and it will fade away to its native nothingness.

If it isn't yours, then you've already dissipated it by facing it.

Ask Archangel Michael to surround you with shields of light to protect you moving forward.

The "One Thing" that changes everything...

Dearest Beautiful Spirit of Love and Light,

I want to begin by telling you how grateful I am for you - for being a part of my world and for sharing your world with me.

We live in such a fast paced world that it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of it and forget to breathe, much less take the time to "Feel Gratitude."

As you know...  I live a very human life, like you do and I have my downs as well as ups.  Over the years I've learned some tools that ALWAYS work to process through a down time.  One of the easiest and most powerful, is Gratitude.

Gratitude. Changes. Everything.

It's so simple, yet more powerful than a nuclear weapon.

The energy of gratitude is of the vibration of love.

When we embrace this powerful energy fully throughout our body, we become a magnet for the love vibration in our life experiences.

When we embrace and become that wonderful, warm, fuzzy, energy of Gratitude, we change from the inside out and the outside changes too - for the better.

If life is already good and you practice embracing the energy of Gratitude, life gets even better.

If you're experiencing a hiccup, embracing the energy of Gratitude course corrects your life experiences to something better.

Energy matches Energy.

If you're stuck in the 'down' part of life, you'll keep recreating over and over again more 'down' experiences.

If you're in the 'down' energy and you refocus on what you're Grateful for, your energy shifts on the inside and it follows suit that the outside experiences will improve.

I know... it's hard to shift your energy when it feels like the universe is dumping on you, but you're more powerful than you think. 

Shift your focus from the "I don't like this energy" to something you're Grateful for - embracing that feel good energy - and open your arms wide for a higher outcome!  ---- when there's no higher outcome in sight!

In the Game of Life programs we use Gratitude Attraction Magnets.  In a quiet moment we make a list of the things we're grateful for, then incorporate focus on these things throughout the day to keep us balanced in this fast paced, hectic world we live in.  Give it a try!

It's time to commune with your soul and heal any resistance or irritation that follows you to your quiet place.

Use this opportunity to tap into your heart and higher self to draw from your inner strength to cut the ties that no longer serve you and embrace the ones that do.

We're moving into uncharted territory as a collective.  When you're on top of your game - balanced in mind, body and soul, life is easier and when hiccups come on the scene, you easily recognize them for what they are and manage them with ease and grace. 

The time of ending up battered, bloodied and bruised from fighting wave after wave of light/dark energy can be over when we use our tools and keep our hearts open to the wisdom and guidance of our angelic team.

You're way more powerful than you give yourself credit for!

Treat yourself with the love, honor and respect that you treat everyone else and open your arms wide to receive all the prosperous abundance that is yours by divine right, under grace, in a miraculous way!

This week's energy supports you to remember that all relationships are about you.

Relationships are mirror images of your own life.

When you get sideways with someone, step back from the situation as an observer and identify where you feel the resistance in your body.

Embrace that energy that is less than love and ask your angels, "Show me what this experience is mirroring back to me that I don't like about myself."

Then take the hand of an angel and follow the breadcrumbs of energy to its core.

Allow yourself to see whatever you see in your mind's eye, hear whatever you hear inside or outside your head and accept whatever knowing in your heart is revealed.

You won't be doing this alone!  Your angel is with you to help you process through whatever painful experience is revealed to you. 

This week's energy also supports you to evaluate your relationships.  Are they balanced with giving and receiving?  Do they serve you?  Are they complete and you need to go your separate ways?  Is it time to open your heart for new more like minded friends?  Is it time to give family more space or do you need to go see them?

Take a deep breath and ask your angels to help you every step of the way.  They will!

Take a deep breath with me and KNOW that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

You've faced challenges head on, refusing to succumb to fear and your determination is paying off.

When you look back at the last ten years, you see tremendous growth.

Now it's time to firmly set and anchor your goals and dreams of your heart to secure a more positive, love filled future.

Allow yourself to have the eyes to see, the ears to hear and to recognize the knowing in your heart when synchronistic events occur.  These are validation of your ability to manifest new experiences.

When you're reminded of a past life event that did not end so well for you, look at it for what it is - a past experience.  You're wiser now and you live in a completely different body than you did then.  You're better equipped to make good decisions and you have the full support of your angelic team.

This week's energy supports you to overcome the feelings of being tested and challenged.

When we set the wheels into motion of shifting our energy to a higher vibration, old subconscious records (negative neural pathways of belief) struggle to regain hold of our creation energy.

This isn't any fun when this happens.  What we must recognize is this is simply how humans are wired to operate.

Once we understand this way of functioning, we have the power to change it.

Last week you firmly set the foundation for improving your life and now your subconscious records are asking for more clarification to solidify the molding of your creation energy into happier life experiences.

These tests and challenges are coming forward as hiccups to help you.

What's this you say?  How can complete derailment of what you're moving toward be of assistance?

This is how:  Hiccups aren't happening to punish you or delay your progress - noooo....  hiccups are a form of seeming adversity to guide you to defining exactly what you wish to experience and anchor that energy even more firmly with your determination and strength. 

Seeming adversity is a way for you to see any energy that is between you and what you wish to achieve and dissolve its power. 

How?

By facing the less than love, fear energy that is being revealed to you.

Behind every experience there is an energy.  If it is an experience you don't like, then there is some form of fear energy at the core of the experience.  Face it for what it is - stare it down so to speak - and it will lose its power.

It. Will. Always. Lose. Its. Power.

You're much stronger than you think!

Breathe into the peace within you where your power resides and seeming tests and challenges will fall away to their native nothingness!

News: Finding the Joy when Chaos surrounds... October 20, 2017

Hello beautiful spirit of love and light,

We've been out of touch for quite some time - as if I fell off the face of the earth.  Almost... but not quite.  I'm back and excited to be here!

If you're wondering who I am and why you're getting this email, we met at a free class I gave, was recommended by someone else you know, or you found the Soul Kisses website online.

In the past few years, several people and my little Majik, whom I loved deeply left their physical bodies and I've needed to grieve.  I had to step away from my spiritual work to heal.  Even though I've seen my loved ones in spirit and know they are ok - way more than ok - I still live in a human body and human bodies need to grieve.

I've been working to fill my cup in order to serve and support you with the love and compassion you deserve.

Finding the Joy when chaos surrounds....

Trying to get our minds around and accept the events of today's world is almost impossible.  If you are an empath, like me, it is impossible.  From savage fires, hurricanes, terrorists and people who do things to us or in front of us that make us feel uncomfortable, defiled and worse, the fear filled energy of chaos can hold us hostage.

We feel helpless, unsettled, unfocused and all but lose touch with the joy of living in a human body.

How do we overcome this?

As I type this, it sounds small and ineffective to say, "We hold on to gratitude."

But the reality is that when we hold fast to gratitude, our energy shifts from feeling helpless, struggling at an insurmountable level of fear, to empowered.

Empowered.

And a pathway is revealed that makes life as an individual easier.  The stress dissipates and we can breathe easier, as if there is more air to breathe.  And a snowball affect begins - we breathe deeply and our body begins to feel better, we have more clarity of thought, situations and experiences aren't so hopeless and opportunities are revealed - more to be grateful for.

Individually life gets easier and as a collective, shifts in consciousness begin to happen improving the quality of life for everyone.

...and Joy returns.

It isn't wrong to feel joy in your heart when others are suffering.  Sharing joy within your heart supports others to heal.

Breathe deeply and hold fast to the things you are grateful for.

I'm grateful for you.  I've missed you.

This week's energy supports your Inner Strength from your higher self deep within to your human consciousness.

You may be tired or weary from the struggles of life, but do not despair!

Your angelic team of angels, guides, teachers and deceased loved ones are with you to support you and give you strength to not only hold on, but to move courageously forward with stamina and determination.

Take a deep, cleansing full breath and allow your Angelic Team to fill you with the knowing that you're fully supported to fulfill and live the joys of your heart.

Breathe into your power - your power to mold formless energy into life experiences that bring you joy and happiness.

Now is NOT the time to give up!  This is simply a time of "darkness before the dawn", yet know that it is the darkness being revealed by the light - the light of prayers, hope and love.

As when you turn on a light in a dark room, the darkness dissipates.  Continue to hold to the light energy of living the life that brings you joy and that light will dissipate the chains of fear that the darkness has held you hostage with.

Remember, you are limitless possibility in human form.  Consciously use your power to create exciting love filled experiences for yourself!

This week's energy supports you to achieve balance from within to without.

We create the experience of our life through our energy - the energy of our thoughts, beliefs and words.

There is a saying here in Colorado, "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes" - we can experience sun, rain, hail and snow all in the same day.

This is the same with our lives - we can change the experience and course of our lives by simply shifting our energy.

What energy are you vibrating in right now, in this moment?  Are you happy?  Sad?  Grumpy?  Angry?  Excited?

Whatever energy you're experiencing right now will create your experience later today or tomorrow.

Are you celebrating this knowing or did you just panic?

Take a deep breath and evaluate your internal energy - follow the breadcrumbs of any less than love energy to its core and heal it.  Embrace all love or above energy and BE that higher vibration.

If you know what guidance from your intuition feels like, you're good to go!  But if you're unsure about what information comes from your intuition and what information comes from your subconscious brain, read on...

Information from your intuition comes from your Truth Center.  

How to identify your Truth Center:

1.  Take a deep breath, then say this statement (or any statement you know to be false):  Healthy grass is orange.  You know this is not true.

2.  Immediately notice where your body feels uncomfortable when you make this statement - don't analyze it, just notice it.

3.  Now take another deep breath and say this statement (or any statement you know to be true):  Healthy grass is green.  You know this is true.

4.  Immediately notice where your body feels in agreement/warm fuzzy.  This is the same place you felt uncomfortable when you made the false statement.

This is your Truth Center.

This is where your intuition speaks to you - through sensations in that part of your body that felt uncomfortable when you made the statement: Healthy grass is orange.

When you're faced with an experience that causes the uncomfortable sensation in that part of your body, this is your sign that your intuition is trying to tell you, "this isn't right - stop - take a closer look," or "don't do that - this isn't a good decision for you."

This week set your intention to 'be aware' of what your intuition tells you and follow the guidance!

This week's energy brings an opportunity to rejoice and celebrate!

When was the last time you celebrated - anything?

Celebration holds joy, happiness and excitement ~~~ and... opens the way for More-To-Celebrate!

It's time to celebrate the birth of new ideas, happiness and success ===> even if there is none in sight.

We humans want to 'See' where prosperity, success and happiness are coming from - heck, we even want to know where we're going to get our next Best Idea from.

Stepping into and embracing happiness and success as well as new creative thoughts and ideas before they happen may be a stretch for some people.

But think about it... how awesome would it be to just celebrate for the sake of how much fun celebrating is?

Universal Laws tell us that the energy within us creates our reality.

If your energy is joyfully celebrating life, what would the reality of the life you create from joy look like?  

... perhaps more joy?

Is it hard for you to get into that joy energy of celebrating?

Celebrate that there's enough air outside to breathe when you open the door!  Celebrate that the sun came up today!

Step into and embrace the joy of celebrating life this week and journal about the 

miracles you create!

This week's energy leads to Transformation --- are you ready?

This is a time of experiences coming to an end.  This could be unhappy experiences ending or happy experiences ending.  

Either way, you have the power to create happier experiences.

I want to encourage you to choose to be excited about the opportunity to create something better - something more fun, exciting, loving, comforting, peaceful and joy filled.

Remember, renewal follows every conclusion - always.  It's up to you and me to choose to step into and expand with renewal in ease and grace, instead of fighting it every step of the way.  Fighting it will assure battered, bloody and bruised.

Choosing to flow in ease and grace opens the way for opportunities to be revealed to you that you would NOT have seen if you were fighting and struggling.

Leave struggling behind.  Choose to flow - breathe into the love that you are, ask your angels for help and be open to their guidance.  BE the energy of focused intention to be true to who you are - love and light and let your angels do the heavy lifting!  They will be delighted!

Transformation holds the possibility of being the highest possible outcome in all things - it is an opportunity.
