This week's energy supports you to overcome obstacles and challenges!

It's a new year - you've set your intention to improve your life.

And what happens, when you shift your energy from the status quo of creating things you're unhappy with to the energy of creating things you really want?

The negative belief energy that's been hiding in your subconscious for years is revealed and it's screaming to be healed!

This revelation looks like, walks like, talks like and feels like adversity...

Adversity explodes right in the middle of your miraculous manifesting process!

Know that you are NOT being punished for wanting to improve your life. 

I understand... it seems like this always happens when you try to improve your life. 

You're right, it does.

What seems like adversity is the revelation of the energy of negative beliefs you hold about yourself that must be seen for the illusion they are in order for you to manifest what you want as a livable experience.

Come closer.... I want to tell you a secret...  It doesn't get any more painful than it is the moment of its revelation.

Follow the bread crumbs of the energies of adversity to where they were birthed and you will see how your perception of being not good enough, unworthy, undeserving or unlovable simply was not an accurate perception.

Use your tools to follow the energy bread crumbs and heal the negative belief energy at its core.

Angelic GPS January 15 - 21, 2018

This week's energy supports you to focus on what you want!
 
Your focus is as a double edge sword.  With positive intention, you have the power to cut with precision and focus for a successful, higher outcome. 

However, when left unsupervised your focus could be of negative intent and will probably create experiences you really don't want.

So, right now, in this moment.  Set your intention to be AWARE of your focused energy as much as humanly possible!

When worry and negativity slip in - and they will, because you're a human... - recognize the less than love energy as quickly as you can and use your tools to dissipate it and course correct to focus of positivity, love and light.

Make the practice of Being Aware of your energetic vibration a normal state of being and before you know it you will BE a Miracle Magnet!

Truth:  We create our own reality.

Decide what you want and focus on how magnificently wonderful it IS to Experience what you want! 

Revisit FEELING the joy as much as possible throughout the day and open your arms wide to experience being, doing or having what you want!

Remember - you're powerful! 

Powerfully Manifest. What. You. Want.  - instead of powerfully manifesting what you do NOT want!

Angelic GPS January 8 - 14, 2018

This week's energy supports you to reconnect with the Divinity Within!

Here we are in the second week of this magnificent new year.  Are you feeling like the first week evaporated?

Our reference of time speeds up and slows down as a direct result of our connection with the Divinity within us - that love source of peace, joy, happiness and fulfillment - that place where we manifest miracles!

When we're absorbed in the physical world pressures of living up to the expectations of others, guilt at not Be-ing who we wish to be and falling down on the promises we make to ourselves, whether consciously or subconsciously, we feel lost, abandoned and alone - separated from the Love Source of Divinity within us.

How do we get there?  Life as a human who holds their breath and indulges in fear - it just happens.

How to we reconnect?

Breathe.  Take a deep breath and you'll probably discover you've been holding your breath and breathing shallowly for WEEKS!

Rest.  Fear creeps in and steals the show when you're tired.  Resting your body is the basis of honoring your ability to live in a healthy body that feels good.  When a body is rested, it is armored against the sneaky cruelty of fear.

Breathe deeply some more and ask your angels to come close.  Breathe into the love they hold for you with the intention of reconnecting with that Divinity within you.

Focus on the joy of Gratitude.  If you feel resistance energy surfacing, face it - eye to eye - and it will lose it's power over you.

Re-Focus on your own deep breaths, the beating of your heart and gratitude --- and you will feel the strength within you grow.  You'll feel the love essence of your angels supporting you.

You'll be stronger.

You'll feel the infinite possibility that you are - reconnected with the Divinity Within.

So Be It and It Is.

The "One Thing" that changes everything...

Dearest Beautiful Spirit of Love and Light,

I want to begin by telling you how grateful I am for you - for being a part of my world and for sharing your world with me.

We live in such a fast paced world that it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of it and forget to breathe, much less take the time to "Feel Gratitude."

As you know...  I live a very human life, like you do and I have my downs as well as ups.  Over the years I've learned some tools that ALWAYS work to process through a down time.  One of the easiest and most powerful, is Gratitude.

Gratitude. Changes. Everything.

It's so simple, yet more powerful than a nuclear weapon.

The energy of gratitude is of the vibration of love.

When we embrace this powerful energy fully throughout our body, we become a magnet for the love vibration in our life experiences.

When we embrace and become that wonderful, warm, fuzzy, energy of Gratitude, we change from the inside out and the outside changes too - for the better.

If life is already good and you practice embracing the energy of Gratitude, life gets even better.

If you're experiencing a hiccup, embracing the energy of Gratitude course corrects your life experiences to something better.

Energy matches Energy.

If you're stuck in the 'down' part of life, you'll keep recreating over and over again more 'down' experiences.

If you're in the 'down' energy and you refocus on what you're Grateful for, your energy shifts on the inside and it follows suit that the outside experiences will improve.

I know... it's hard to shift your energy when it feels like the universe is dumping on you, but you're more powerful than you think. 

Shift your focus from the "I don't like this energy" to something you're Grateful for - embracing that feel good energy - and open your arms wide for a higher outcome!  ---- when there's no higher outcome in sight!

In the Game of Life programs we use Gratitude Attraction Magnets.  In a quiet moment we make a list of the things we're grateful for, then incorporate focus on these things throughout the day to keep us balanced in this fast paced, hectic world we live in.  Give it a try!

You've worked very hard in your manifesting garden, it's time to bring your dreams, desires, goals and birthright to fruition!

Embrace the joy of achieving/receiving the things your heart has longed for and celebrate  - .....even if you don't SEE it manifesting yet...

This week's energy fully supports you to finalize decisions you've been holding back on or hesitating to make.  Listen to your intuition, for now you can hear clearly!

You've released old beliefs about yourself and you've been embracing the "knowing" within you that you deserve all that brings your heart joy.  

Expect the best and open your arms wide to receive it!

And...  remember to be grateful.  Grateful for the journey and the people who helped you get here.  Be true to the love essence that you are and live fully from your Heart Space.

Set your intention to be true to your spiritual path of love and light and you will clearly receive the loving, supportive guidance necessary to achieve your version of Heaven on Earth!

This week we are held in Angelic embrace.

As we grow up in a human body we often feel as if we're alone.  We may or may not have family and friends, but in our darkest hour we often feel alone - separated from God.

Feeling separated from God - from that love that is our essence - is the deepest loneliness we can feel ~~~~> and it is an illusion.

This week your angels want you to know - to know from your soul that you are not separated from God.  They want you to know that they hold you close in their angelic embrace.

Allow yourself to BREATHE into their gentle embrace and feel their love supporting you, no matter what is going on in your life.  No matter who or what you're worrying about, your angelic team are with you, holding you in their wings of love - allow them to take the worry.

Your angels ask that you hold fast to what you are grateful for and magnify that joy of gratitude to create a higher outcome in all areas of your life.

Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall...

Mirror, Mirror, on the wall... sounds ominous, doesn't it? 

People come into our lives that rub us the wrong way, get under our skin, become a thorn in our sides and fan the flame of anger and frustration deep within us.  Sometimes "they" make our lives miserable.  As a human this is just annoying.  As a metaphysical student this is a sign that these people are mirroring back to us something within us that we do not like about ourselves.  This other person is not making us miserable, we are giving them our power and we are making our lives miserable.

Having these people in our lives is a "Golden Opportunity" to look within, discover the core issue that generates our misery, face it head on and dissipate it.

Avoiding or ignoring what is being mirrored back to you will escalate your pain and keep you imprisoned in lack on many levels.  If you are struggling with a person or persons who are causing inharmony in your life try these three exercises:
 
Step One: Don't avoid the relationship.  Ask yourself, "What is the core issue within me with regard to this person or persons?"
Step Two: Open your heart and spirit to this "Golden Opportunity" to step fearlessly in confidence into wisdom consciousness through forgiveness and trust in the knowledge that you are a limitless spiritual being.
Step Three: Breathe deeply in solitude and leave behind what is familiar: inharmony and avoidance from fear - by stepping into the glory and power of healing love and gratitude. 

Pause to discern, release and heal.

It is impossible to be in the energy of inharmony and the love of gratitude at the same time - choose gratitude!

Now is the time to fulfill your dreams!  Embrace the fact that these inharmonious relationship(s) are indeed "golden opportunities" to step into a greater expression of yourself.  Know that if you don't do it now, the universe will prove to you how much you are loved by delivering to you yet another "golden Opportunity" Relationship.  Shift your energy from that of fear sourced annoyance to that of love in gratitude for the inharmonious relationship and person.  After all, they were brave enough to agree to help you face your fears in this lifetime by "being a pain."

Mirror, mirror, on the wall...  I am in harmony with all...
