Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to my extended Soul Kiss family.  I hope the year is being kind to you and you are experiencing joy, love and prosperity in all areas of your life.

On Thursday I wished everyone Happy 11:11 and I was thrilled with the responses I received. Thank you, to each one of you for taking the time to write to me and share your stories!  Following are a few of the wonderful ways shared with me:  Some people say affirmations when they see 11:11, while others make a wish or say a prayer or know that "the Divine is sending messages and to Pay Attention!"  Some people are reminded of loved ones who have crossed over, and one lady shared her remarkable story of how 11:11 illuminated her way out of the darkness of depression and opened communication with her angels.   The list became lengthy, heartwarming and very exciting.

I shared with someone that after I sent out the article, one of my PayPal accounts had $111.11 in it and she said, she had the same thing happen to her!  I know that an email that comes in at 11:11 or 1:11 will have something wonderful in it, and it does.

People have different feelings and beliefs about 11:11, but the one consistent factor is that it brings joy to their heart and there is expectation that "good" revolves around the numbers.  11:11 and 1:11 is an easy wake-up call to remember to live "In the Moment." Living "in the moment" is very powerful - it is where we are most powerful at directing energy to create what we desire.  The veil between our third dimensional world and the fourth dimensional world where all things are made manifest is thinning.  Seeing 11:11 or 1:11 pulls us out of worrying about the past and fretting about the future so we can manifest our desires quickly.

I'm reminded that a few weeks ago when I took Majik poodle for a walk I saw change lying in the grass.  When I picked it up I thought it was a quarter, a dime and a penny and took it as a sign that "change" was coming in my future.  I remember thinking that it would have been cool if found a dollar, then it would be a sign that BIG changes were coming to me.  When I got inside the change jingled in my sweatshirt, so I pulled it out.  I then noticed the "quarter" was a Susan B Anthony dollar!  I had not only found a "dollar" meaning BIG changes, but the change now added up to, "$1.11!"  I remember feeling elation like I had won the lottery!  I was "in the moment" experiencing gratitude creating BIG prosperous changes in my life!

One of the emails I received included information on this number sequence phenomenon: "11:11 means the Gateway - the doorway to your evolving self, your place within the current ascension of the planet."  Doreen Virtue's book, Healing with the Angels, states that 111 means "there is a gate of opportunity opening up for your thoughts to manifest into form at record speeds."

I believe both are correct. Those who look closer at the repetition of seeing 11:11 or any combination of it, such as 1:11, $1.11, $111.11, open their heart to reconnecting with their love essence.  The number sequence tickles our hearts with joy and the opportunity to believe in the possibility of dreams coming true.  Joy is of love source and love is what will heal not only each of us, but Mother Earth as well.

I propose that together we begin a "Happy 11:11!" love movement!  When you share with others the loving energy "Happy 11:11" creates, it will become contagious and spread healing love throughout the planet!  Happy 11:11 will be as a light that cuts a path through the darkness of fear pulling people into living "In The Moment" to create more joyful, loving, prosperous lives!  The darkness of fear cannot exist in the joy of love!

I formally ask the angels to show you "Happy 11:11" in all ways possible!

Happy Easter and Happy 11:11!  What a wonderful way to honor the love of Easter by sharing such a deeply loving gift as the energy of One!

If you're traveling, seeing family, I wish you safe travels and visits of love.  For those of you who are physically alone on Easter, remember your angelic entourage is with you in all moments of your life holding you in the light of unconditional love.  Take some time for yourself and sit quietly, breathe deeply and allow your angels to sing to you - they will.

Happy 11:11 Wristband

Happy 11:11

On the first Spiritual Whispers radio program (April 7, 2011) one of the callers shared with us that she was a member of a prayer group that set an intention to pray every day at 11:11. I thought this was such a beautiful idea!

Years ago I read in one of Doreen Virtue’s books that noticing the time of 11:11 is a sign that the universe is taking a snapshot of your thoughts so to be thinking good ones!

At our house when one of us notices that it is 11:11 a voice will ring out, “Happy 11:11.” My daughter, Jessi, will often call me or text me just to wish me “Happy 11:11.”

The first time I remember Jessi saying this to me we were standing beside our rental car at the Kansas City airport. It was 11:11 at night and it was August, 2007. It must have been 90+ degrees with 100% humidity. We were going to my grandfather’s funeral.

I remember thinking, “I’m hot, I’m tired and I’m going to a funeral.” Then I realized it was 11:11 and I certainly didn’t want the universe to take a snapshot of the energy I was feeling, so I switched gears to embrace things I was grateful for.

In gratitude... it was, “Happy 11:11.”

When we step back and look at the bigger picture of recognizing these numbers, noticing 11:11 brings us front and center into this moment. And it is “In This Moment” that we are most powerful to create what we desire.

Inner Child, Shame and Guilt

The past few weeks have brought forth opportunities for magnificent healing for those who have been paying attention. 

Mercury is still in Retrograde and it is an enormous time of completion to disconnect from the past.  Communications are askew forcing us to stop, pause and reflect on not only our communication skills, but we are offered an opportunity to look within and determine the root of our resistance and anxiousness. For many that I have talked with recently, childhood embarrassments, guilt, shame and regret due to events from the past have come forward and demanded to be acknowledged.

This is a BIG DEAL!

Connecting with our inner child and "remembering" the guilt, shame and/or regret situations allows us to disconnect from them - finally!

Personally I've had several situations park on my doorstep and demand to be recognized and healed that happened to me when I was 3, 4 and 5 years old. The pain may stem from one of your first memories! 

Allowing ourselves to experience the process of pulling forth this pain that our inner child has been suffering with for years is the first step to healing and releasing pain and fear that has subconsciously held us hostage for most of our lives!

Understanding that we are now safe releases our victim state of being and begins the disconnection.  Immediately healing is initiated shifting our energy from deep within from fear, pain and sadness to love and joy. 

Steps you may take to heal your inner child:
Step One:  Identify the source of your inner child's pain - journaling will help to you discern this
Step Two: Acknowledge that you are safe and forgive yourself and others - the Forgive the Unforgiven meditation will guide you if you need help with this
Step Three:  Send love to your inner child - the Healing Circle of Love meditation is perfect for this if you need help

Shifting your energy from deep within your spirit to love and joy will break up the dam that has been holding prosperity back. Are you ready to take advantage of this time and open the door to love, joy and prosperity?

Angel Message...

Dear Children…

We hold you in arms of love. Know that you are not alone in any moment of your existence on Mother Earth. We hold the safe place for you to expand into a greater expression of you – love.

There is great change going on within you. You feel the tug of your higher self within you asking you to breathe deeply and feel the beating of God’s heart from within your essence.

The turmoil you feel is but an illusion to wake you to the infinite possibility that is you. Cast aside the teachings of the physical world that you are limited, for new adventures of limitless possibility await you. Proceed with wisdom, thought and care. We are with you in each step and know there are no “wrong” decisions and you cannot fail. All is in divine order and growth to love source is the oar that guides you.

All life experiences contain perfection. You may not see this perfection, but know that it is there – always. All sad and joy experiences are but stepping stones to shifting your being-ness to your essence - love source. Look within your heart, breathe deeply and simply be.

Oh My... Did My Computer Really Just Do That?

Mercury is in Retrograde - thank God, or I would think I'm losing my mind!  I've seen my computer paste words into my documents that I didn't have on the clipboard, cursors refuse to access text, programs take so long to respond that I can make a sandwich and internet pages completely disappear.  In the first instant of seeing this happen I get a rush of "panic" then I remember Mercury is in Retrograde...  Whew what a relief!  I take a deep breath, panic subsides and I practice patience in communicating with my computer.

If you're having trouble communicating with your technology or perhaps your spouse has begun to speak a foreign language, know you aren't losing your mind. Don't allow the hiccups to overwhelm you, instead take this time to breathe deeply and balance yourself.

Now is a time of completion.  Take a deep breath and finish the projects you started weeks, months or years ago.  Personally I've been asked by the Soul Kisses community for years to offer a radio program.  I can now mark "radio program" off my list.  The first Spiritual Whispers radio program will air this Thursday, April 7 at 7pm MST on Blog Talk Radio.  When I set up my account I had a slight hiccup - my Profile Name read: "kateXlarge." No... that isn't what I wanted it to say...  and I couldn't find the link to change it. 

Mercury in Retrograde struck again!

It may be normal for the gears and menu links to only show when you hover over them in the Blog Talk Radio website, but I really don't think so - I'm thinking the universe was having some fun with me, so I laughed too.

Remember things are not always as they seem.  Judging communication issues with impatience only adds to the frustration.  Projects open for completion may be within.  If you've recently been faced with resistance within your heart with regard to a life situation or relationship, now is the time to heal it.  Take a moment and BREATHE.  Restore your calm assertive energy before moving forward and be gentle with yourself. 

Look within...  is there a healing cycle you can complete?

Look without...  what projects can you complete or are there goals you can bring to fruition?
