Our world is one of duality that exploits the fear of adversity. 

 

Why?

Because we can be easily manipulated when we're afraid.  

It is a reality as old as time that there are people who wish to rein over others.  Today's time is no different.

When we're fed information that rallies fear in our hearts, we will do anything to alleviate that fear.

Be smart.  When fear attacks your well being, STOP what you're doing and:

~ re-center
~ re-balance
~ re-connect

with your heart-space.  --- you must reconnect, because if you WERE IN the energy of your heart-space, fear would not be clutching at your throat!

Re-connect with your heart-space and observer the adversity for what it is:

an opportunity to create a higher outcome!

Remember, when you "observe" energy, it reacts differently than when you don't.

Ask your angels to help you.

This week is a time of completion. 

Last week's energy of bringing your dreams, desires, goals and your very birthright to fruition continues to build.

You may feel as though your human mind is struggling - struggling to remember things, struggling to communicate clearly, struggling to even find your way.

This 'struggle' energy is part of the process of expanding into a new stage of your life.  The struggle is the 3D part of you trying to hold on to what is familiar and it's time to let it go.

You cannot expand into the limitless BE-ing of love and light that you are while holding on to the illusion of struggle of the past.

The key here is not to STUFF or FIGHT this transformation to a higher state of awareness, but to face any less than love energy that's is surfacing for you.

You'll find that when you 'face' the energy, it begins to lose it's power.  Follow the breadcrumbs of the energy to it's foundation to fully disarm it. 

This is a magical time.  We are all on the cusp of expanding into our true BE-ingness of love without limitation!

With each burst of expansion, new experiences of ascended love energy are revealed.  Be open to uncharted experiences and expect the very best and you will receive it!

We each have three aspects of ourselves:

The Superconscious - knows how totally limit-LESS and PowerFULL you are

The Conscious - has the ability to choose a higher, more joy filled experience - or not

The Subconscious - harbors the beliefs you hold for yourself

This week's energy supports you to access the spiritual strength within you to create a happier life as your reality.

It's up to you to use your Spiritual Strength to face, disconnect from and heal the beliefs that have been holding you back.

Every step in our ascension of moving to that peaceful place of "knowing" within our hearts that we have the ability to be, do and have life experiences that bring us joy is a movement forward.  And once we move forward, we can never really go back.  We can stop and choose to feel stuck, but who wants to do that?

 

Take the time this week to look at your accomplishments and claim them - you did it!  You stepped into your power and you've made incredible progress, pat yourself on the back and celebrate! 

 

Your celebration of joy energy will create more wonderful experiences!

Now that you have some oxygen in your body and clarity is coming back...  make a list of things to do just for you - activities - or non-activities - that make you really happy - and schedule a time to do them today and the next day and the next day.

PLUS...

 

Sing like no one is listening.

 

AND...

 

Dance like no one is watching...

 

Invite your angels to join you and make it a party!

 

Stop multi-tasking and release all that human need to rush, rush, rush and fully engage in nurturing YOU!

So... in This-Moment... close your eyes and look deep within your heart... what would you be doing if you knew you could not fail?  If you knew that what you wanted to Be, Do or Have was already yours, all you had to do is claim it?  What would you do?

 

When you claim that experience - whatever it is - and shift to that magnificent energy of joy that Being, Doing or Having what you want would give you, you'll discover that energy isn't so scary after all.  Actually it feels pretty darn good!

No Band-Aid for Hurt Feelings

When was the last time someone hurt your feelings?

Wouldn't it have been wonderful to whip out a Band-Aid ~ slap it on the open "feeling wound" and be all better?

But NOOooooo... there are no Band-Aids for Hurt Feelings.

Come a little closer... I want to share something with you...  For years, I perfected being a victim of hurt feelings.  Then I learned that experiences that result in hurt feelings are all about reaction - my reaction - And they serve a purpose.

Myth: When our feelings are hurt it's fully the 'fault' of the other person and they need to fix it.

===>WRONG<===

Fact: The experience of getting our "feelings hurt" are all about "us" - not them (the perpetrator).  (However, this does not condone behavior.)

Fact:  When we're in our power, we can-not be blindsided by a life experience that results in our feelings getting hurt. 

When we're blindsided and our feelings get hurt - it's a clear message from the Universe that there's something we need to look at:

* something that's being mirrored to us that we don't like about ourselves
OR
* a belief that we believe to be true that isn't.

Truth:  This energy that we need to look at is NOT coming forward to punish us!  On the contrary, this energy is crying out to be healed and the experience of getting our feelings hurt is the catalyst for healing.

Sooooo....  When your feelings get hurt, circle your wagons by calling your angels in and ask them to show you what you need to look at to heal the less than love 'hurt feeling' energy. 

Then follow the breadcrumbs of the energy to its origin - where the emotional wound originally began.  Once you get there, take the hands of your angels forming a circle and place the current situation, all people involved, plus the breadcrumb energy and the original core energy in the circle.

With the support of your angels, send all the love of your heart to the experiences and people in the center of your circle.  Infuse them completely with Love and the intention to create a higher outcome.

Remember, Florence Scovel Shinn says:  Love is the most powerful, magnetic force in the universe!  Love has the power to HEAL Everything that is painful!

This process is SO Easy - give it a try - you'll love it!  Pull your archive of 'hurt feelings' out and heal them by:

~ Facing the energy of the experience
~ Ask your angels to support you and help you to:
~ Follow the breadcrumbs of the uncomfortable, painful energy to its core.  You'll discover the energy that's been between you and your ultimate happiness.

Do this today and be sure to put this process in your arsenal to use in the future and your life will be So-Much-Easier!

Your mission here on earth is your journey to unconditional love - BE-ing the Love Essence of God within you - living your version of Heaven on Earth.

 

Your spiritual heart - your higher self knows miracles are possible.

Fully.  Supports.

So... right NOW... in THIS Moment...  what would full prosperity {{FEEL}} like for you?   ~~~~>Close your eyes and focus on that feeling....

 {{Embrace}} that feeling or prosperity.

We are in a time of new beginnings - even though we're in the second month of 2016, the energy of our planet supports new beginnings in every moment.  All you have to do is CHOOSE what you want.

Is it that simple?

Yes... it really is...

Our POWER is in our ability to choose ~~~> no matter what your life looks like in This-Moment you have the power to choose something better.  Even if your life is great, you can choose to be even happier and you will be.  If you're not happy, choose to BE the energy of happy and what's between you and happiness will be revealed so you can process through it to BE Happy!

Use this moment to Fully Engage with your prosperity energy.  If you feel resistance - don't push it aside, face it head on and it will immediately begin to lose its power.  Ask your angels to help you follow the breadcrumbs of resistance energy to its core to fully process healing it. 

Then re-engage your prosperity energy - rinse and repeat till there is no resistance energy left!

Miracles will abound!

Football ~ a Grief Healing Tool?

Happy New Year!  I know... it's already February... and this is the first newsletter for 2016.  
 

Majik's graduation to the angelic realm has been very challenging for me emotionally, leading to my retreat from social interaction. 

Even though I've seen little Maj's spirit and know he's way more than fine, my human-ness has struggled.  Grief has its own time table for healing and this time, I've embraced just "BE-ing."

 

One tool I've used to help heal the deep wound of my heart is NFL Football.  

 Yes... football... 

I love to watch football at home ~~ with pause and rewind.

I believe it's all the screaming - my screaming that happens when my team scores - or the other team scores - or I think there's a bad call on a penalty - or no call - or a dropped ball - or a missed catch - or a sack - or a missed tackle or....  you get the idea...

But I admit...  I really don't know the rules of football or what a blitz is (even though I've been told over and over again)... 

With this knowledge, it should be easy for you to understand why we can't go somewhere to watch football or have company over because I need to be able to scream without filters.

And I'll admit that I get teary eyed when I see a kneel in prayer, a helping hand offered to a player who just got tackled by the tackel-ee, and the scoring football given to a child in the stands (but lets be clear - the Bronco's are my team).

All the screaming has definitely helped me process through my grief in a very constructive way - at least from my point of view - and I'm rejoining society a little more each day.

Since Maj passed I haven't been able to support you through the weekly newsletter, however, I have been praying for you.  If you follow me on Facebook you may have seen My Prayer for You image.  Go to my Facebook page to embrace and claim the energy of the prayer - and I'd love it if you would share it with those you love, so they too, may embrace and claim the love energy.

This year of 2016 holds the energy for amazing miracles.  Don't let the energy of worry, unforgiveness, or untrue neural pathways of belief; like being unworthy, undeserving, unlovable or not good enough stand in your way this year.  

YOU ARE Worthy - Deserving - Lovable AND Good Enough to Be, Do and Have everything that makes your heart sing with joy!

And if you're grieving like me, find an outlet for your grief - maybe football?  One more game...

And... as a heads up...  The next "Live" GAME of LIFE Mastery Program will begin in March.  The Self-Study is available now.  Make This Year be THE YEAR you improve your life in miraculous ways - all you need are the tools and both mastery programs include them!
