BRUTAL Energetic Crash - Meltdown Averted?

First, I want to assure you... the upheaval you've been experiencing within your own body and with your relationships are real - they're not your fault and you are NOT Losing - Your - Mind!

There are waves of energy that are sweeping our planet that hold:
~ Chaos
~ Confusion
~ Intense Anxiety
~ Outright FEAR

These waves began in earnest two weeks before the Full Moon on the 22nd of February - roughly around February 8th - and they're still in full force - sometimes building momentum.

For those of us who are "sensitive" to energy, when we're hit with one of these waves, the experience is BRUTAL!

When I got hit, I felt like I was stuck in a spiritual revolving door and I could NOT quite reach my tools. I felt totally LOST - and if I weren't human, I'd be embarrassed to say it took me a few days to get a grip on my own panic.  But I am human and there it is - human frailty. 

Not everyone is feeling this at the same intensity. However, be AWARE that if you're hit with this energy, and you're TIRED, your experience could be debilitating.

It's important that we all understand that this energy is not here to punish us, it's here to push us to ascend the love vibration within us.  This radical attack of fear energy is here to push us to OVERCOME our fears - and those fears may be within us and they may not even be ours - they're outside of us - swirling around trying to magnetize to like energy.  If you're "sensitive" to energy, tired or worried about something this energy will attach to you!

TOOLS to help you overcome this onslaught of fear filled energy:

1. Do NOT beat yourself up for feeling overwhelmed, weepy, exhausted, and/or like you're drowning in fear. When you can get a grip (remember I said this is BRUTAL) on the fear, step out of it and take a look at it as the observer and determine, is this yours?  ---- You'll find that it probably is NOT yours.

2. Listen to your body. It may demand that you get more REST - do it! You may learn that you need to get out of the house and breathe in the fresh air. Listen to your body and do whatever it tells you to help you feel better.

3. Let GO of deadlines - they will make you crazy. The world will not end if you push completing something out.

4. As best you can, give everything you're worried or anxious about to your Worry Angel.

Then call in your angels to help you send love and infuse love into every person and situation that's draining you - HOLD the intention of creating the highest possible outcome for everyone. When you SEND Love sincerely from your heart, you'll take your power back. You may need a nap after this.

5. Drink LOTS of water to help your body flush out the negativity you're soaking up like a sponge.

6. Stand against a wall and take some deep breaths - breathing in the love of God - hold on to a chair if you need to... with eyes closed envision exhaling out through your nose and the bottom of your feet, all that is less than love energy - allow the negativity to drain out... continue breathing in the light and love of God and exhaling out less than love energy till you're filled with love.

7. Physical exercise with your angelic team - again exhaling the negative, and breathing in the love.

I'd LOVE to tell you this energy is going to dissipate soon, but...  we may be dealing with it throughout the year.  Knowing you have the power to overcome it will guide you and make it easier.

In this moment, no matter when you're reading this...  I call in the angels to support you - surrounding you with love and light to deflect negativity in all directions of time.  

Take this moment to BREATHE deeply of the light.  Hold to the love that is your essence - and reach out for support if you need help. We're in this together and together we're stronger!

Transcending Your Limitations? -- Angelic Support June 11, 2015

I lived that way till I totally spiraled out of control and crashed into the Dark Night of the Soul and I mentally took my hands off the wheel and let God drive.

And life changed.

I transcended from faith and trust to "Knowing" and life took on a magical quality founded in gratitude --- and here we are.  You and I.

YOU are a miracle!  We see how many of you feel bogged down in what you judge as life's hiccups.  While others allow themselves to "see" the beauty around them and feel the peacefulness of the God light within --- and know... that within the calm stillness, is the power to BE of the light and live miraculously... Kate fought this "knowing" for years - not consciously, but subconsciously.  In the shadows of her heart, her human self had bought into the belief that life had to be hard and her struggles proved to her that it was hard. Human life was not designed to be hard. The world of physical existence was designed to ascend - to overcome the dualities of Mother Earth's plane.  Some humans get this right away and see the light through the darkness --- and they choose to BE that light and the darkness dissipates. While others struggle, fighting for every breath, bumping into the illusion of obstacles in the darkness of fear - succumbing to the false belief that life is hard -- and they feel as though they are alone and drowning without physically dying. Know that we are with you to support you to "see the light" no matter what is going on around you or within you at this moment, we are with you to help you "see the light." Sit quietly dear child and with eyes gently closed, breathe into gratitude for the blessings in your life.  Breathe deeply of this gratitude and know you are ONE-with-God. Expand into this gratitude and focus your attention on maintaining the love of gratitude in the face of obstacles - in the face of physical world pain. You ARE a magnet for miracles. Expect them.   Your loving angels of light - with you... in every moment...

It is so easy to get caught up in the urgency of work, housework, family and well... life.  Then the next thing you know, the week has evaporated, then the month, then the year and we're left standing there wondering, where did my life go?

Yet... the energy of our day to day living is shifting. 

Have you noticed that when you think back about your day, you "REMEMBER" more details?  You remember noticing the love in someone's eyes, or the beauty of nature, or how good it feels to BE where you are. 

If you've been noticing these things, its because you were "in the moment' during those experiences.

In-the-Moment is where we want to live our lives.  When we're in-the-moment, we have control of our focus.  By focusing our energy we create our lives.

The angels support the energies of this week (Angelic GPS) and share their wisdom with us:

Angel Message Hug of Support   Dearest Beautiful BE-ing of Light, Breathe deeply with us dear one, and embrace the love that you are.  Your world is one of hustle, bustle, but this is changing.  As your human spirit wakens to the light, you discover your time is not linear as you have believed.  Time simply IS. Your memories of before this moment make up your human belief systems.  They define what you believe to be your truth, but the light is revealing the fragility of the beliefs that are not in alignment with your truth.  And through this revelation you discover you have power within you that has been suppressed. When you focus your attention in this moment - this one right here, as you read, your unrestricted energy creates a new reality of experience. Your consciousness expands and your awareness of the power of your energy becomes clear. BE-ing a limitless spiritual BEing is now understood. We're told to "Live in the Moment" but in a hustle, bustle, hurried life, we wonder, "How do I do that?"

Mother Earth's energy is moving us into that place of BE-ing in-the-moment.  Embrace the moments you are in full consciousness and allow yourself to BE AWARE.

At first, the experience may seem surreal.  You've been so caught up in the physical that the power of this moment has eluded you, but now... here it is... 

When you experience this, make note of your energy:  what am I thinking?  Where am I focusing my energy?  If you're immersed in being worried, call on your Worry Angel and give the worry to him.  Then send love to the situation and everyone involved with the intention and focus of a higher outcome.  You'll be amazed at how beautifully everything works out.  Be open to miracle and hold your arms open wide to receive them!

With open heart, your angels will guide you and show you the way to reconnect with your soul to reveal the possibilities of your future - beginning with this moment of now.

YOU - ARE - POWERFUL!  Accept it, claim it, and use it!
