Soul Kiss August 1, 2016


So many times we feel as though we are a victim of circumstances and there's nothing we can do about how other people treat us.

There is.

The first thing we can do is look within and discern, "how do I feel about me?"

If you've been beating yourself up, feeling sorry for yourself, or wallowing in 'nothing good happens for me'...  you may have your answer as to why others aren't treating you very well.

The good news is:  you have the power to change this!

You can't change others, but you do have the power to change how you feel about yourself!

NOTE:  You can only receive as much love as you feel for yourself.

Are you feelin' it?

Love, that is?

Or when you look at how much you love yourself, instead of love and admiration for yourself, you feel that anxious, yucky energy of 'I'm not lovable' or 'I'm not deserving' or my personal biggest subconscious belief:  'I'm not good enough'?

Don't be fooled thinking you don't have this going on if you don't hear this kind of mind chatter.  These hidden beliefs are energy.  Look within.  Are you feeling this uncomfortable energy?

If you are, great job on recognizing it!

Now you can do something about it!

Pull that energy into the light (where it immediately begins to lose it's power) and follow the energetic breadcrumbs to its source.

Face it + Disconnect from it + Heal it = Love yourself.

When you love, honor and respect yourself, others will, too!

You're valuable!  Own it!
