higher vibration of love that you've been working to achieve.
You've arrived.
Yet, it doesn't feel like you thought it would.
At a deep soul level you are experiencing that euphoric feeling you've
dreamed of, but the human subconscious brain is whispering, it's too good to be
true.
Not to worry. Here are a few tips to help
you
flow through this temporary period of alignment with ease and grace:
nurture and be gentle with your mind, body and spirit
drink lots of water
eat on schedule (whether you're hungry or not, maintain your schedule) and bless and/or Reiki your food
make the time for your body to get more sleep
breathe in the peacefulness of meditation as much as you can
focus as best you can on the energy of love and gratitude
cut negativity from your life and observe the beauty around you

absence of your joy is just an illusion. It's still there, deep within you

We're each experiencing a time of disconnecting
from the old shadowy, painful paradigm of living at a distinct level of fear to
breathe into the new paradigm based in the higher vibration of love.
The sadness that's been plaguing you is only
temporary. Choose to believe this and that you're expanding into a greater
awareness of All That Is! You have the power to make this time a
regeneration of mind, body and spirit through nurturing and love.
