Human existence is full of experiences with duality - good, bad; traumatic and joyful.
No matter what the experience, after the initial shock of it wears off, we have the ability to Choose what energy we're vibrating in.
We can choose to hold on to with both hands, the happiness of a good, joy filled experience - BE-ing that happy energy.
And we can choose to relive a bad or traumatic experience over and over again in our minds - BE-ing that unhappy, painful energy.
When we choose love and light, miraculous higher outcomes manifest as our experience.
...and... when we choose to hold on to and BE the energy of love and light, miracle follows miracle and wonders shall never cease!
