Stuck.
We get stuck in fear energy.

Fear is any energy/emotion that is less than Love.
Fear dims our inner light and we become a shadow of our true selves; going through the motions of life at a frenzied level of chaos and confusion, uncertainty and doubt.
You can change that.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Focus on the beating of your heart and BREATHE.
Breathe into the energy of gratitude for the blessings in your life.
Face and pull forward any negative, less than love energy that is revealed to you - do NOT suppress it - pull it forward into the light.
You'll discover that the darkness of the less than love energy - the fear - loses it's power in the light.
Breathe deeply into your light, shining it brighter and brighter as you overflow with gratitude.
The way is opened to receive your miraculous highest good.
