You have the ability to choose your experience.
No matter what is going on in your life, you can choose to hang on to the energy or choose a different energy to BE.
When we're happy, we really want to hang on to that and expand it even larger - Yes!
When we are not happy, we can choose a different energy. All we have to do is close our eyes and focus on the energy we really want to experience, like Joy, Love and Light.
When we choose a higher vibration of energy, we become that vibration of energy and we attract to us life experiences of that energy.
Joy, Love and Light ARE my experience! ...so be it - and it is...
